We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are places where we cannot ship. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

mhrabd.com is not responsible if the wrong address is entered during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and delivery address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order placed for you at no cost to you.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any special charges once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and special charges may be incurred when they arrive in your country.

DISTRIBUTION TIME

Shipping time is 10-15 business days.

• This does not include our 1-3 day processing time.
• All shipping times do not include customs clearance/customs delays

TRACKING INFORMATION

After your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number, but sometimes free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SCREEN says "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE CURRENTLY".

Some shipping companies take 1-3 business days to update tracking information in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
